Yosef Dayan


Rabbi Yosef Dayan (México, 1945) es un escritor israelí de padres sirios sefarditas emigrados a México. Algunos autores dicen que es descendiente del rey David.

En 1968, los Dayan emigraron a Israel y se unieron al movimiento Kach del rabino Meir Kahane. Se establecieron en los alcores del valle de Hebrón, en El-Nakam, que fue destruido por órdenes de Moshe Arens en 1982.

Es fundador y director de Malchut Israel, organización que intenta resstaurar la monarquía davínica, y es conocido como el rabino que presentó el Pulsa denura contra Yitzhak Rabin y Ariel Sharón. Se opone al proceso democrático israelí.

Es autor de varios libros en hebreo, español e italiano. También ha traducido al hebreo libros en castellano. Está casado y vive con su esposa y sus seis hijos en Pesagot, Israel.
