Huizhou

Huizhou (en chino: 惠州市, pinyin: Hùizhōu shì). Es una ciudad-prefectura en la Provincia de Cantón, República Popular de China. Parte del Delta del Río Perla. Limita al norte con Heyuan ,al sur con Shenzhen,al oeste con Dongguan y al este con Shanwei. Su area es de 11,158 km2 y su poblacion es de 3,875,000.

Sus dos idiomas son el Chino hui y el Chino hakka, los dos dialectos son algo similares entre sí. Pero a medida que la gente viene a la ciudad por trabajo el Chino mandarín se a vuelto muy popular.

Huizhou es considerada como un sitio para una industria petroquímica de clase mundial, así como un centro de desarrollo de tecnología de la información, y la expansión de las exportaciones y el comercio.
