Mandy Salter, (apellido de soltera: Slater), es un personaje ficticio de la serie de televisión británica EastEnders, que fue interpretado por la actriz Nicola Stapleton del 12 de marzo de 1992 hasta el 13 de enero de 1994. A través de los años Stapleton recibió varias ofertas para que volviese a interpretar el personaje, las cuales rechazó, sin embargo, en 2009 dejó abierta la posibilidad de asumir el rol una vez más. En junio de 2011 se confirmó que interpretaría a Mandy y es así que regresó a la serie el 29 de agosto de 2011.[3]
