Oziothelphusa populosa es una especie de crustáceos decápodos en la familia Parathelphusidae. Es endémica de Sri Lanka. Sus hábitats naturales son bosques húmedos de tierras bajas subtropicales o tropicales y ríos. Es una especie amenazada por pérdida de hábitat.
