Syed Ahmed Khan Bahadur o Sayyid Ahmad Khan (17 de octubre de 1817, Delhi27 de marzo de 1898, Aligarh, India) fue un jurista y educador de la India.

Nació dentro de una familia de funcionarios del Imperio mogol, trabajó para la Compañía Británica de las Indias Orientales y ocupó varios puestos judiciales. Apoyó a los británicos durante la Rebelión de la India de 1857, pero fue criticado por los errores de su influyente panfleto títulado Las causas de la rebelión india.

Entre otras de sus obras se encuentra Ensayos sobre la vida de Mahoma (1870) y comentarios sobre la Biblia y el Corán. Fundó varias escuelas en Moradabad y Ghazipur, estableció la Sociedad Científica de Aligarh, intentó fortalecer a la comunidad musulmana mediante la publicación llamada Tahdhib al-Akhlaq y estuvo atareado en sentar las bases de un instituto musulmán, el Colegio Anglo-mahometano Oriental, durante el año 1877 en Aligarh.
