Tetsu-geta

Tetsu-geta: Son unos zuecos de hierro usados en algunas artes marciales, que consisten en fortalecer las piernas, el abdomen y los músculos de la espalda. También dan potencia a las patadas. Los principiantes empiezan por por ponerse Tetsu-geta de unos 3 kg para entrenarse. En la practica se balancean los pies hacia arriba hasta la frente para mejorar la patada.
