The Last Don Live es la versión en directo del álbum The Last Don, del reggaetonero puertorriqueño Don Omar. Esta version cuenta con muchos temas que proporciono en su anterior album The Last Don, a la vez debido a una votación hecha en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico sobre el álbum con mejor arreglo y diseño, este salió ganador y gracias a eso se le proporciono un enorme apoyo por parte de la comunidad Norteamericana.

A este álbum se le considero como un ejemplo a seguir por otros exponentes de Reggaeton debido a la gran calidad de arreglo, diseño y sobre todo por la incorporación de remixes juntados, conocidos como "medleys" en los cuales se agregan diversas partes de varias canciones y se crea una sola, algo que hasta ese momento era inédito en el género.

Este álbum mas la edición de estudio fue nominada por diversas cadenas musicales e incluso Billboard lo nombro como el mejor álbum en directo del 2004 a nivel mundial. También recibió disco de platino éste y la versión de estudio, con lo cual Don Omar se consolido fácilmente en el Reggaeton.
