The People or the Gun de la banda Anti-Flag es el noveno álbum de estudio. El álbum será lanzado en junio 9, del 2009. Dicho por la banda este álbum será más fuerte en comparación a The Bright Lights of America. Para este disco se han cambiado de disquera (record) por una independiente SideOneDummy Records que anteriormente la banda estaba con RCA Records. La primera canción es "Sheep In Shepherd's Clothing", que ya se puede escuchar en el MySpace de la banda, y sera su primer sencillo. y como es costumbre la banda, empezó a lanzar vídeos explicativos sobre todas las canciones de este disco, los cuales son nombrados como episodios que pueden ver en youtube o su myspace.

Las pre-ventas de el disco de SideOneDummy serán donadas a la organización Amnesty International.

El disco se filtro por internet a un mes de ser lanzado
