The drugs

“The drugs” es una canción del grupo estadounidense My Chemical Romance, creada para su cuarto álbum de estudio.[1]

Aparte de las dos canciones nuevas que el grupo tocó durante la gira The Black Parade World Tour, no se habían dado a conocer otras canciones del cuarto álbum hasta el viernes 31 de julio de 2009, día en que, después de más de un año, la banda volvió a dar un concierto, en el local nocturno The Roxy, en Los Ángeles. La interpretación en vivo de la canción, la cual ha sido descrita por la prensa como “más agresiva y roquera”,[1] puede ser vista en diversos sitios de Internet. Otras canciones nuevas presentadas ese día fueron "Death before disco" y "Kiss the ring".
