Thomas West, 3er (o 12vo) Barón De La Warr o Barón Delaware (9 de julio, 1577 - 7 de junio, 1618) fue un hombre de la aristocracia inglesa, institutor del estado de Virginia.

Después de prestar servicio con el cargo de conde de Essex en los Países Bajos e Irlanda, pasó a ser miembro de la compañía de Londres y fue designado gobernador de la colonia en 1610. Después junto a 150 colonos, arribó a Jamestown y estableció dos fortalezas en la desembocadura del río James, reconstruyendo el asentamiento donde acababan de instalarse. La Bahía de Delaware, el Río Delaware y el estado de Delaware fueron nombrados en su honor.
