Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko (en ruso: Валентина Ивановна Матвиенко), nombre de soltera Tyutina (Óblast de Jmelnitski, Ucrania, 7 de abril de 1949, Shepetivka) es una activista y diputada en la duma rusa en el período 1998-2003. Es gobernadora y presidenta del Gobierno de San Petersburgo desde 2003. Pertenece al partido político Rusia Unida.
