Yom Yerushalayim o Día de Jerusalén (Hebreo: *יום ירושלים - כ"ח באייר) es un feriado nacional en Israel celebrado anualmente el día 28 de Iyar del calendario judío.

La parte oriental de Jerusalén fue anexada por Israel en 1967, durante la Guerra de los Seis Días. El 12 de marzo de 1968 el gobierno israelí proclamó el día 28 de Iyar como el feriado del "Día de Jerusalén". El 23 de marzo de 1998 el Parlamento de Israel, la Knesset, aprobó la Ley que consagraba el Yom Yerushalayim como feriado nacional israelí.
