Chaerephon tomensis es una especie de murciélago de la familia Molossidae.

Distribución geográfica

Es endémica de la Isla de Santo Tomé, que fue registrado en sólo dos lugares: Praia das Conchas (3 km al noroeste de Guadalupe) y Agua Izé.
