La hernia testicular se produce, por lo general, cuando los hombres al realizar una gran fuerza dañan el testiculo lesionándolo.Entonces padecen de dolor y al realizar posteriores fuerzas el testiculo segrega un liquido que va llenando el escroto, creando un gran testiculo.El tratamiento por excelencia para este padecimiento es la operación quirúrgica.Existen además otros tratamientos pero son poco efectivos. Su prevención consiste en no realizar grandes fuerzas, o de realizarlas, utilizar una faja en la cadera, para prevenir esta hernia y también la abdominal.Los jóvenes son propensos a padecerla pues no toman las medidas adecuadas para prevenirla.
