Huckabuck

Huckabuck: Un huckabuck es un postre helado hecho en casa que disfrutan los niños en Louisiana, particularmente en Nueva Orleanians. Consiste en un vaso de papel que se llena con un tipo de líquido dulce como Kool-Aid, y está congelado. Los niños los compran camino a su casa desde la escuela por una moneda de diez centavos, otras cosas que suelen vender por ellos: dulces. Todavía se siguen sirviendo en el Festival de Jazz de Nueva Orleans y en muchos vecindarios en todo el centro y sur de Luisana.
