Tinola que se sirve con arroz.

La Tinola (en Tagalog o la uya) en ilocano es indicador de una sopa preparada en la cocina filipina servido como entrante o plato principal.[1] Suele elaborarse con un estofado que acaba siendo un caldo de pollo (carne de pollo) y papayas verdes, jengibre, salsa de pescado y chayote.[2]
