Eleandre Basiño Buendía, más conocido artísticamante como Ely Buendía o Jesús Ventura, el mareado, es un famoso cantante y músico filipino nacido el 2 de noviembre de 1970. Empezó con un grupo musical como líder y vocalista llamado Pinoy rock durante la década de los años 90. Actualmente canta en solitario tras el lanzamiento de su álbum discográfico titulado Pupila de la guitarra y del Plomo.
