Heteroaliado (del inglés straight ally) es un término coloquial que describe a las personas heterosexuales que apoyan los derechos civiles, la igualdad de género y los movimientos LGBT.

Organizaciones
Organizaciones como la Gay-Straight Alliances cuentan con un mayor porcentaje de heterosexuales entre sus filas.
Una organización estadounidense que aglutina heterosexuales en el movimiento LGBT es Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays.
En 2007, la organización lanzó la campaña Straight for Equality, para encontrar apoyos al movimiento LGBT buscando la igualdad para todos.
Heteroaliados conocidos
Algunos ejemplos de heteroaliados son Paul McCartney (músico multi instrumentista, cantante, compositor, y activista pro-derechos de los animales), Bernie Taupin (letrista de Elton John), actores como Jennifer Aniston, Charlize Theron, Cybil Shepard, Judith Light, Ben Affleck, Brad Pitt, Ashton Kutcher, Sandra Bullock y Stuart Townsend o el director Jonathan Miller,[1] Kathy Griffin, Seth MacFarlane,[2] cantantes como Alaska, Mecano, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Cher, Dannii Minogue y Barbra Streisand, artistas como Raphael, Henry Rollins y Jello Biafra, científicos como Richard Dawkins,[3] el comisionado de la NFL Paul Tagliabue, el filósofo Daniel Dennett,[4] senadores demócratas como Russ Feingold, Robert Lewan presidente de la Michigan Gay-Straight Alliance, el senador australiano Kerry Nettle,[5] líderes de los derechos civiles como Coretta Scott King[6] y Julian Bond, el lingüista Noam Chomsky[7] o historiadores como Richard Carrier.[8]
