Hiong es el método de entrenamiento técnico para las poses, ataques y defensas del Sipalki Do. Este mismo es modificado constantemente por su promotor en Argentina, Soo Nam Yoo, quién constantemente agrega movimientos al Hiong.

El objetivo del mismo es refinar y enprolijar las poses de piernas y técnicas de este arte marcial, y dar más control al practicante.
