Inner Smile

Inner Smile es una canción del grupo pop escocés Texas, perteneciente al álbum The Greatest Hits, lanzado en 2000. La canción fue coescrita por Gregg Alexander y se convirtió en un éxito inmediato en el Reino Unido. Apareció en el soundtrack de la cinta Jugando Con el Destino Bend It Like Beckham, así como también en la secuencia final de la película.

Trivia

  • El video de Inner Smile está claramente basado en el '68 Comeback Special, un concierto televisado en el que Elvis usó su famoso traje de cuero negro.
  • Los integrantes de Texas interpretan varios papeles dentro del video (miembros del staff, los músicos que acompañan a Elvis, etc.).
  • En una de las escenas finales, Sharleen/Elvis canta junto a Sharleen. Esta escena es una obvia referencia a Elvis y Priscilla Presley.
