Trama

La Aritmetica del Diablo es una película que trata sobre la familia Stern,de religion judía;pero Hannah (Kirsten Dunst) es una chica rebelde que no le importa seguir la tradición de su religon y la de su familia,como ir todos los años a la casa de sus tíos, pero ella lo hace porque sus padres la obligan. Su familia tiene que hacer una oración antes de empezar la cena,pero en esa ocasión le toca hacer la oración a ella. Ella va caminando hacia la puerta, cuando la abre se encuentra en el pasado donde se encuentra con su tía Rivka(pero mucho más joven).Hannah se da cuenta de que esta en el pasado y que su tía Rivka (Brittany Murphy) en realidad la confunde con su prima.Después ellas y otros judíos son llevados al campo de concentración por los nazis. Después de estar en los campos cierto tiempo,los nazis matan a Hannah con otros más.Después de morir en el pasado vuelve al tiempo real, donde Hannah aprende a valorar a su religion.
