Lanxess AG es una empresa química con sede en Leverkusen (Alemania), escindida de Bayer en 2005.
El grupo Lanxess incluye 50 sociedades repartidas en 18 países y en las que trabajan 18.282 personas (cifras de diciembre de 2005).
