Los leechs (voz inglesa que significa sanguijuela) son criaturas ficticias del videojuego Resident Evil Zero. Habitan (o mejor dicho infestan) el tren Ecliptic Express. Normalmente no son enemigos letales cuando se les encuentra en los pasadizos o zonas por las que recorre el jugador en Resident Evil 0, sin embargo en ciertas oportunidades estos parásitos llegan a aglomerarse y a establecer una forma humanoide llamada Leech Man (traducción: "Hombre Sanguijuela") capaz de atacar de manera grave a su presa.

Aunque su forma evolucionada es similiar a la criatura Leech Man de Resident Evil Outbreak, difiere de ésta ya que la primera es la unión de millares de "sanguijuelas" que se juntan para formar un ser, mientras que la segunda utiliza el cuerpo de un huésped (zombie o humano) para tomar control del mismo y poder movilizarse y atacar.
