MODERN ARTillery es el tercer disco de la banda australiana The Living End, fue lanzado el 8 de octubre de 2003 en Australia, e internacionalmente en marzo del 2004, éste fue el primer álbum que grabó Andy Strachan como baterista de la banda.

El productor de este álbum fue Mark Trombino y fue grabado en Ocean Studios en Burbank, California.

La canción End Of The World aparece en Tony Hawk's Underground 2.
