MTV One es parte de MTV Networks Europe seguido de MTV Two. El canal se transmite en el Reino Unido y la República de Irlanda. Ha estado al aire desde el 1 de julio de 1997.

Historia del Canal

MTV UK comenzó el 1 de julio de 1997, junto con MTV Central y MTV Italia como MTV Europa, comenzó la diversificación regional. El canal fue originalmente emisión en analógico de los satélites Astra 1A como parte del cielo Multichannels paquete de suscripción. Sin embargo, se convirtió en un sólo canal digital a finales de abril de 2001 como parte del cielo del cierre de su servicio por satélite analógico.

MTV One es también de difusión por cable y también fue difundido por la ahora extinta ITV Digital terrestre digital.
