La península de Mangyshlak o Mangghyshlaq esta situada en Kazajistán occidental. Está rodeada por el mar Caspio al norte y al oeste. Administrativamente la península pertenece a la provincia de Mangystau y la ciudad mas grande es la capital Aktau (anteriormente llamada Shevchenko).
