Los New York Islanders (español: Isleños de Nueva York) son un equipo de hockey sobre hielo de la National Hockey League (NHL) basado en la ciudad de Uniondale, en el condado de Nassau, muy cerca de la ciudad de Nueva York.

El equipo es miembro de la división Atlántica en la conferencia Este. Comenzó a jugar en 1972, convirtiéndose rápidamente en un equipo dominante de la liga, ganando la Stanley Cup por 4 temporadas consecutivas entre 1980 y 1983. Su estadio es el Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
