Careful es el tercer single del tercer disco de estudio de Paramore, Brand New Eyes. La cancion fue lanzada en páginas de descarga inmediata cerca del 21 de Septiembre. Fue escrita por todos los miembros de Paramore. Hayley Williams y el resto de su grupo, Paramore, regresan con una nueva propuesta. El tema se titula “Careful” y es uno de los singles extraídos de su más reciente producción discográfica.

“Careful” (en español: “Cuidado”), es una canción que se desprende del tercer álbum de estudio de Paramore, “Brand New Eyes” (“Con Nuevo Ojos”), trabajo publicado oficialmente el 29 de septiembre, 2009 a través de Fueled by Ramen.

Aunque la canción aún no se había publicado como single promocional, ya debutaba en la posición número 78 de los US Billboard Hot 100 charts, además, alcanzó la segunda posición en los charts británicos.
