First "Primera" es el tercer y último single del único del álbum debut de Lindsay Lohan, "Speak". El tercer single iba a ser inicialmente la canción "Speak", con el director Francis Lawrence de acuerdo con MTV, pero se cambió por la canción First, con el director Jake Nava, por lo que se pusó a a la par con Herbie: A tope.

La canción se incluyó en la banda sonora de la película del 2005 Herbie: Fully Loaded, en la que actuaba Lohan. La canción fracasó en los Estados Unidos, pero funcionó mejor que en otros muchos países, entre ellos la cartografía en los 10 primeros tanto en Taiwán e Indonesia. Simplemente perdido en la parte superior de toma 30 en Australia por un puesto (# 31). La canción es la de pop-rock género al igual que la mayoría de las canciones de su debut. La canción es acerca de Lohan querer venir antes de cualquier otra niña de su novio en la mente. En el contexto de la película, sin embargo, es tomado como querer terminar primero de una carrera de coches. Algunos comentaristas han interpretado el sentido de la canción como anunciando Lohan, en un doble sentido para adultos oyentes, que deseaba el orgasmo antes que su pareja durante el sexo. Sin embargo, cuando se le preguntó por David Letterman si este es el caso, slyly ella sonrió y dijo: "Yo realmente prefiero que vienen en el mismo tiempo."

El vídeo musical fue dirigido por Jake Nava. Muestra clips de la película Herbie: A tope. Lohan también funciona con su banda como la canción desempeña. El video hizo una aparición en TRL.
