Robert Wilson (director) (*4 de octubre de 1941, Waco (Texas)) es un director de escena, ópera, teatro, coreógrafo, escenógrafo, artista de vanguardia y dramaturgo.

Es una de las personalidades más completas del mundo artístico actual se destaca por sus puestas en escena de gran estatismo inspiradas en el teatro oriental y por su colaboración con figuras como Philip Glass, Heiner Müller, David Byrne y otros.
