El SCGI (Simple Common Gateway Interface) es un protocolo que fue creado como alternativa a CGI (Common Gateway Interface). Es un standard para aplicaciones que utilizan interfaces con servidores HTTP. Es muy similar al protocolo FastCGI pero se lo diseñó para ser más fácil de implementar.
