Yosemite Sam (mejor conocido en México como "Sam Bigotes") es una caricatura de la Warner Bros, personaje que forma parte de los Looney Tunes.

Es un pistolero malhumorado enemigo de Bugs Bunny, y el Pato Lucas en diferentes episodios, es de baja estatura y todo le sale mal. Fue creado por Michel Maltese (dibujante estadounidense) en 1945. Sam suele aparecer en episodios del siglo XIX en el oeste (como el Coyote, o Speedy González) en donde aparece en poblados llenos de salones, Sam suele vestir traje con chaqueta y sombrero y pantalón de mezclilla con cinturón suele perseguir a Bugs Bunny, también suele ser vestido como un Pirata.
