Stilo antiquo o Stile antico, también conocido como "prima pratica", desde tiempos de Monteverdi, es un término musical que describe una manera de componer desde el siglo XVI hasta el siglo XX en la que la música imita el estulo compositivo del último Renacimiento. Se contrapone al stile moderno, también llamado "seconda pratica". Un ejemplo de stilo antiquo es el Stabat mater de Domenico Scarlatti.
