Tomi Joutsen(nacido el 30 de abril de 1975) es el vocalista de la banda Amorphis y de Sinisthra.En 1999 funda con Markku Mäkinen bajo el nombre de Nevergreen. Su perfil vocal es muy diferente a estilos de a un cantante del Heavy metal y del Punk con estilos agudos. El estilo de Tomi es muy profunda, similar a un cantante de metal gótico como el de Nick Holmes de Paradise Lost.
