Twinkle es un conjunto de scripts que provee a los usuarios registrados de varias nuevas opciones para ayudarlos con el mantenimiento diario de Wikipedia y hacer frente al vandalismo. Provee al usuario de tres tipos de reversiones y una completísima librería de funciones de borrado rápido, marcado de artículos, advertencia a usuarios y más. La lista completa de funciones puedes verla en esta página. Twinkle fue desarrollado por la usuaria AzaToth de la Wikipedia en inglés.

Requisitos

Navegadores de Internet

Twinkle ha sido programado para funcionar con Mozilla Firefox (2 y 3), Camino, Safari y Chrome. Se recomienda que tengas la versión más actualizada del navegador. Si usas versiones antiguas de los navegadores ya mencionados, Twinkle no podrá funcionar correctamente.

Twinkle NO funciona en Internet Explorer.

Problemas y bugs

  1. Se sabe que en el sistema operativo Windows, Firewalls y bloqueadores de pop-ups como ZoneAlarm pueden interceptar el http y dañar el xml que Twinkle utiliza. En estos casos Twinkle no podrá funcionar debido a ese tipo de productos. En el caso de Norton Internet security, esto puede ser arreglado desactivando el bloqueador de pop-ups.

Instalación

Si quieres instalar todos los módulos de Twinkle incluyendo todas las posibles futuras adiciones:

1. Copia la siguiente línea y pégala en tu página de monobook.js:

importScript('Usuario:TwinkleUser/twinkle.js');

2. Refresca la caché.

3. ¡Listo!

Alternativas

1. Quiero usar Twinkle pero también quiero el Monobook-Suite de Axxgreazz. Sigue los pasos detallados más arriba, pero quitando estas dos líneas del Monobook-suite personalizable:

2. Quiero usar Twinkle pero no quiero todas las funciones. En esta página encontrarás detallado cada uno de los módulos. Copia los que quieras y pégalos en tu monobook.js. Antes de esto, deberás agregar la siguiente línea a tu monobook.js:
