USS Chippewa, ha sido el nombre recibido por cinco buques de la Armada de los Estados Unidos en memoria de la tribu indígena Chippewa, y/o de la Batalla de Chippawa de la Guerra de 1812.

  • británicas, que posteriormente, quemaron el buque ese mismo año.
  • remolcador oceánico o de altura dado de alta en 1943, y de baja en 1947. Fue hundido en 1990 en Florida para servir como arrecife artificial.
