USS Maine

USS Maine ha sido el nombre utilizado por cuatro buques de la Armada de los Estados Unidos, en honor al vigésimo tercer estado.

  • El segundo acorazado líder de su clase. Participó en el viaje de la Gran Flota Blanca, y fue dado de baja en 1920 para ser vendido para desguace en 1923.
  • El tercer clase Montana. Fue cancelado en 1943.
  • El cuarto USS Maine es un submarino nuclear de la clase Ohio con capacidad para lanzar misiles balísticos, botado en 1994, actualmente en servicio activo.
