Urban Castle Magic es una banda española de Pop-Rock y Grunge, originaria de Murcia, Región de Murcia y formada en 2001 con la idea de hacer un rock potente inspirado en el rock alternativo de la última década, aunque también teniendo muy presente la influencia de bandas míticas de los años sesenta y setenta. Partiendo de esta base persiguen una originalidad estilística y un sonido particular, buscando en todo momento el equilibrio entre buenas melodías y bases contundentes.

Sus componentes son Jojo Boggini, voz y guitarra, de origen argentino, Jesús Campillo, batería, José Campillo, guitarra y Ángel Pineda, bajo. En septiembre de 2001, graban su primera demo, que incluye siete temas. Una maqueta que se caracteriza por la heterogeneidad, destacan temas pop, como Beautiful o The Power, y se incluye en ella una versión del famoso Stand By Me. En abril de 2002 graban una segunda demo con seis temas en la que cambian radicalmente su estilo respecto a la primera maqueta y se graban temas mucho más potentes, pero sin dejar de lado en ningún momento las buenas melodías. Melodías que alcanzan su máximo valor en Secrets, en la que dejan ver sus influencias sobre grupos psicodelicos como Pink Floyd. En junio de 2003 graban la que de momento es su última demo, con motivo del Concurso Onda Nave Rock, en donde consiguieron la segunda posición con lo que pudieron grabar tres nuevos temas. En 2005 publican su primer disco, Let it go!, y que utilizaba licencia Copyleft y en pocos meses consiguieron más de 10.000 descargas, y una promoción mundial. Se han convertido en el primer grupo español que ha tocado en China, en el festival de Beijing 'YOHOTOUR'. Tras este hecho se consolidaron en la escena indie española dando numerosos conciertos por toda españa hasta que decidieron parar para componer su segundo disco. Finalmente, a mediados de 2007 deciden hacer un parón indefinido aunque no una separación definitiva, debido a que se encontraban en un momento ideal para impulsar sus respectivas carreras profesionales.
