Value And Risk Rating

Value And Risk Rating S.A. es una Sociedad Calificadora de Valores que opera en Colombia, cuya finalidad es ofrecerle al mercado de capitales calificaciones de las diferentes compañías, con sus respectivas emisiones, autorizada mediante Resolución 1910 de 2007. Dentro del grupo de accionistas se encuentra Class & Asociados S.A., sociedad peruana dedicada igualmente a esta actividad.

La escala de calificación utilizada para establecer la solvencia y estabilidad de las compañías o emisiones son:

  • Para largo plazo
  • Grado de inversión
AAA: La más alta calificación de una compañía, fiable y estable.
AA: Compañías de gran calidad, muy estables y de bajo riesgo.
A: Compañías a las que la situación económica puede afectar a la financiación.
BBB: Compañías de nivel medio que se encuentran en buena situación en el momento de ser calificadas.
  • Grado especulativo
BB: Muy propensas a los cambios económicos
B: La situación financiera sufre variaciones notables.
CCC: Vulnerable en el momento y muy dependiente de la situación económica
CC: Muy vulnerable, alto nivel especulativo.
C: extremadamente vulnerable con riesgo de impagos

En todos los casos, el símbolo [+] o [-] tras la calificación, sirve para otorgar una mayor o menor graduación del riesgo relativo.

  • Para corto plazo
  • Grado de inversión
VrR1: El obligado tiene plena capacidad para responder del débito.
VrR2: El obligado tiene capacidad para responder del débito aunque el bono es susceptible de variar frente a situaciones económicas adversas.
VrR3: Las situaciones económicas adversas pueden condicionar la capacidad de respuesta del obligado.
  • Grado de alto riesgo
VrR4: Importante nivel especulativo.
VrR5: Muy especulativo y de dudosa capacidad de respuesta del obligado.
VrR6: De imposible cobro.

En los casos de VrR1 a VrR3, el símbolo [+] o [-] tras la calificación, sirve para otorgar una mayor o menor graduación del riesgo relativo.
