Wofford Terriers (español: Terriers de Wofford) es el equipo deportivo del Wofford College, situado en Spartanburg, Carolina del Sur. Los equipos de los Terriers participan en las competiciones universitarias organizadas por la NCAA, y forman parte de la Southern Conference.

El único éxito significativo de los atletas de Wofford desde que están en la División I de la NCAA lo consiguió el equipo de fútbol americano, al ganra el torneo de la Southern Conference en el año 2003, terminando invicto.
