Yael Arad (Hebrew: יעל ארד‎) (1 de mayo de 1967, Tel Aviv), es una judoka israelí ganadora de la medalla de plata en los Juegos Olímpicos de Barcelona 1992. En las Olimpiadas de Atlanta 1996, salió en quinto lugar.
