"A Dose of Rock 'n' Roll" (Una dosis de Rock 'n' Roll) es una popular canción de Rock and roll escrita por Carl Groszman.

La canción fue lanzada originalmente por el escritor Carl Groszman en 1975 en el sello discográfico de Ringo Starr, Ring O' Records y Starr decidió hacer un cover de ella para su álbum de 1976 Ringo's Rotogravure. El sencillo se lanza en septiembre de 1976 antes de que el álbum, pasó nueve semanas en el Billboard charts, alcanzando el puesto # 26 en el Billboard Hot 100 durante la semana del 6 de noviembre de 1976.[1]
