Inicios

Acoustic Ladyland se formó en 2001 y en el año 2004 grabaron su primer álbum: Camouflage, un disco jazzístico con elementos rock que denotan la influencia de Jimi Hendrix en sus canciones. Fue en 2005 cuando sacaron a la luz su segundo disco: Last Chance Radio, con un estilo más electrificado que en el álbum anterior. En noviembre de 2006, y de la mano de V2 Records, Acoustic Ladyland saca a la venta su tercer disco de estudio: Skinny Grin.

Premios

Acoustic Ladyland ganaron el BBC Jazz Award for Best Band en 2005. Su segundo álbum (Last Chance disco) fue el álbum jazz del año.
