Aegis Argentina

Aegis Argentina es una compañía argentina de Call center y Business Process Outsourcing, perteneciente a Aegis, compañía multinacional con sede central en Mumbai, India; que tiene más de 50.000 empleados, está presente en 12 países y pertenece al conglomerado Essar Group.

Aegis Argentina inició su operación en 1994 en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, bajo el nombre de Actionline, como una compañía nacional de 200 empleados dedicada a la prestación de servicios de contact center. En el año 2006 se expandió al interior del país, donde comenzó a operar bajo el nombre de Sur Contact Center en las ciudades de Bahía Blanca, Mar del Plata, Córdoba y Tucumán.

En octubre del 2010 Actionline y Sur Contact Center fueron adquiridas por Aegis. Desde entonces, la compañía pasó a llamarse Aegis Argentina, y en la actualidad está integrada por 5.500 personas distribuidas en sus centros de Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Bahía Blanca y Tucumán.
