El CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT) es un torneo de postemporada de baloncesto universitario masculino fundado en 2009 por College Insider.com. El torneo de 2009 fue el segundo torneo de postemporada nuevo (el otro es el College Basketball Invitational, creado en 2008) desde el Collegiate Commissioners Association Tournament, desaparecido en 1974. El torneo está orientado a las universidades de nivel intermedio que no han sido seleccionadas para disputar los campeonatos de la NCAA o NIT. Los equipos participantes deben haber finalizado la temporada regular con más de un 50% de victorias ante oponentes de la División I de la NCAA. Los equipos cuya conferencia tenga menos de un 50% de sus equipos participando en los torneos de la NCAA o NIT tendrán mayor prioridad para ser seleccionados para disputar el CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament. Un comité de selección, compuesto por entrenadores, directores deportivos y el personal veterano de CollegeInsider.com, decide los participantes del torneo.[1]
