Titinga Frédéric Pacéré (Alto Volta, 31 de diciembre de 1943) es un escritor, procurador y griot burkinabés fundador del Musée de Manega[1]

Estudió en Abiyán y ganó el Premio Literaro del África Negra en 1982 con Poèmes pour l'Angola (1982) ay La Poésie des griots (1982).
