Gladhouse Reservoir es un embalse en Midlothian, Escocia, Reino Unido, el cual se encuentra a ocho kilómetros al sur de Penicuik. Se trata de la zona más grande de Agua dulce en el área de Lothians.

Las 190 hectáreas del pantano en las Colinas Moorfoot es uno de un grupo de pantanos que surten a la ciudad de Edimburgo de agua. El embalse es alimentado por el Río Esk sur (Escocia).

Gladhouse Reservoir es también un Site of Special Scientific Interest o SSSI, y una Zona de especial protección para las aves. It is an important roosting site for Anser brachyrhynchus, el ganso de pie rosa.

En el pantano existen tres islas.
