Datos biográficos

Se educó en la Academia de las Artes de Berlín en Berlín, Alemania y sirve como jefe del Departamento de escultura en la Academia de Arte de Avni en Tel Aviv, así como la calidad de la cabeza del taller de escultura de Israel. También es el fundador de la rama israelí del Club de la Mesa Redonda[1]

Baron es un escultor consumado y ha expuesto de forma individual en múltiples ocasiones, tanto en Israel como en el extranjero, incluyendo una exposición con el pintor, Joan Miró.[2]

Ha recibido numerosas distinciones, entre ellas: President-Honorable,[3] Round Table Israel;[4] Knight of Round Table,[5] Great Britain and Ireland;[6] y la American Israeli Cultural Foundation Scholarship[7]

Obras

Harry Baron ha sido encargado de crear arte público en ciudades de todo el mundo, Tel Aviv, Jerusalén, Berlín, Bremen, Tokio, y en otras ciudades de Japón y los Estados Unidos.

En Tel aviv por ejemplo encontramos la escultura titulada La familia. Obra de 1980, de fundición en metal.[8]
