El J37 (designado L-1000 por el fabricante Lockheed) fue el primer motor turborreactor diseñado en Estados Unidos. El diseño posteriormente fue convertido en un turbohélice, el T35, y más tarde vendido a Wright Aeronautical. El J37 y el T35 fueron construidos para varios aeronaves de pruebas y prototipos pero nunca entraron en producción.
