Juventud

Nació y creció en Chessington, su padre era policía y su madre trabajaba como secretaria a tiempo parcial en el hospital de Kingston. Asistía al colegio femenino Tolworth cuando empezó a interesarse por el teatro.

Carrera

Inspirada a encontrar un trabajo de actriz tras el colegio, escribió a los productores de la serie de televisión Principal Sospechoso y seis meses después fue seleccionada para interpretar un personaje en un episodio.
